Nail Biting

Sometime today we'll find out if the offer we made on a house has been accepted. There's a chance it might not be since another offer was made at the twelth hour. Our realtor was not pleased about this at all since she had been in frequent contact with the listor for the house. He had told her there was no interest other than us. But she feels we have a "clean, strong" offer. Now it's just a wait and see. But I'll take it as a good sign that the County Legislature pulled the local law to raise the mortgage tax again!
