I jokingly told a lot of friends that my hair was going to get all chopped after the wedding. I was only semi-joking. A year and a half of growing my hair one length so it would be perfect for the wedding can make a girl bored to tears, so off it came today. Think about 4 inches off. My once very long hair now falls in soft layers just above the shoulders. Sure wish I had pictures of all the hair on the floor around the chair at the hairdressers!
I throw out a challenge to Heidi now, who said she would chop her hair if I did.

Uh oh....challenge heard!
Oh yeah, I also wish I had a picture. How do I know you really did it? Huh? :-)
That's good enough for me!
I called my hairdresser this afternoon. She's out having back surgery. They're supposed to call me about when she comes back. If it's more than a few days, I'll make an appointment with someone else.
I'll take pictures of mine!
I'll be devastated if it winds up above your shoulders lol
So, are you looking for me to "one-up" you and get the J-Crew-do I had in college, too? The one where we tricked a certain someone into believing I had actually shaved my head?! I'll do it! I swear I will!
Appointment: 8/5 at 11am...will post appropriate before and after pictures.
Hey, I remember when Heid had boy-short hair!!!

I did the same thing! 4 days after our wedding, I chopped off about 5 1/2 inches!
FYI - If I cut off 10 inches, it'll still be at shoulder level. *wheels turning in head*
I probably won't know what to have done 'til I'm sitting in the chair with Natalie's scissors poised over my head.
