The Troy Record along with several other upstate news agencies ran a story last week about crews plowing three inches of snow here. Yes, we got the snow, but I'm curious about who was plowing. Must be the city of Jamestown that had their plows out, and where most of the snow fell, since I know for a fact that the county did not send out our plows.
