I think that this is where one of Buffalo Pundit's "FAIL" pictures he puts up for WNY (example here) should be employed for this.

Not necessarily. Although, we do know that Dan Gunderson is not a fan of the state program I work for. I'm more concerned about downstate people trying say things like "We're One New York" as if it's ever been true when it comes to economy.
